(more, sooner, than later, tho..) VW never fixed the problem. also, there is no such thing as a v6 vanagon, or a v4 vanagon. (unless someone swapped the engine out w/ one from another car) all '83-'91 US spec Vanagons are the flat 4 "boxer" engine as the cylinders are horizontally opposed. chris |
