I too would like the later look of the covered bumpers. (fiberglass) Anyone have an interest in making a mold of the parts to make my (our) own? It can be done! I need a donor to mold from. Anyone have their bumpers off for body work? The matching side skirts and door protectors are also very slick. I called fast german auto $1500ish for the Projetico (sp) kit, Any one seen this kit in person? It looks nice in their catalog (acrobat format). But $1500 Ouch. No I don't want to buy any bumpers. My chrome ones are fine, just dated looking. I did "bib bumpers" on my cabrolet, looks like the 90-92 golf/jetta bumpers. Super unique look. Shipped to me from Germany. They seem to have more respect for older cars in the UK as far as keeping them going modifying etc.. Here everyone wants new, to bad. |
