I, too, just completed a week in C.R. driving an '81 Westy from the same co.
(Siesta Campers) that Kit Carter rented from. Quite a beautiful country, and
what an experience to drive their roads! It's really hard to describe to
someone who's never been to Central America what to expect, but I came away
with a love for the place, and am planning to do a road trip with my Syncro
all through Central America soon! Big culture shock to come back to the
USA!! If anyone would like to hear any details of my trip, or just about
renting a Westy there, feel free to contact me.
