Subject: Re: Frustrated with removal of Brake Drums

Yea I did remove the 11mm bolts. I thought it was very strange. I can not think of another bolt or nut that has an 11mm head on it. Every other bolt/nut on the Vanagon around that size is either 10 or 13 mm.

So, after reading some responses, I am going to go home tonight and wack the heck out of it until it comes loose. By the way, if I do damage the drum, is it difficult or expensive to replace?

Thanks again,

Paul
