   I painted mine. Looks fine and you can scrub it to your hearts content
after greasing it up from cooking and such. Mine is plain but I suppose one
could fancy things up with "sponge" patterns or whatever.
    I see no reason why wallpaper would not also work since the panels are
flat. Come to think of it a good vinyl kitchen type paper may not be at all
bad. Perhaps with some of that trim that goes around the top of wall.
Hmmmmmm, I think I just got another project for the summer!

Hey there,
    Starting to clean out the new van (still waiting for some engine stuff)
and the white vinyl like stuff that covers most of the interior is either
ripped, stained, or missing.  Does anyone have any ideas for suitable
replacement.  I'm kinda leaning towards purple velour or shag carpet, but
the fashion police (my girlfriend) thinks otherwise.  All suggestions are
welcome.  TIA.
