Matthew - The solids left over go to the cats. Considered oil additives, I'm going to test out nouc mam sauce in my '85GL. Joel Walker (he also eats the stuff, like me) sent me his recipe and I layered the fish & salt in two 55 gallon drums behind the clinic. They have to be vented because of the fermentation process. I've only had one neighbor complain so far and one visit from the health department. The extract is really amazing stuff. One simply coats fresh animal flesh and it remains edible for 18+ months.

I want to find out how it works in my tranny & engine.
