Not sure what you'd need to "flex" it around in a Westy, but... I've done a fair amount of cabinetmaking, and have used plastic laminate quite a bit. It is quite flexible. While you can't effectively use it on a 3 dimensional surface (imagine trying to put it on a basketball), it will turn around a rounded (cylindrical) corner very easily -- I've done it on as tight a radius as (guessing here) about 5"

My sliding door and rear hatch are both done with it...
