Not sure but I think the sale of used Cats may be illegal. I tried to buy one from two seperate junk yards and they both refused to sell saying the EPA forbids it. They may not have known what they were talking about but there it is. I cannot think of why it may be illegal but then again I cannot think why the govt does a lot of what they do. If it is illegal they probably dont know why either other than "Well, it sez here..."
