I installed the shoulder harness on the right side rear seat of our '89 Westy using the instructions in Bently, looks a lot like the procedure described in Helmut's Web page. I'll get the part numbers tomorrow if you still need them. I am very happy with the results. I would also like to install a three point harness on the left hand side of the Westy rear seat. The problem is the closet is in the way. The left side rear seat of a Westy currently uses the lap belt attachment points that are normally the center rear seat position in all other Vanagons. Chris implies there are attachment points in the roof under the head liner, any details regarding this info. My problem may be the A/C ducts cover any access to these attachment points.
