-Dave '88 GTi 16v '88 Vanagon GL Wolfsburg>> I hate to disagree Dave but when I was trying to sell my FI truck everyone that called had only one question "Is it a diesel?" Upon hearing the "No" they either hung up or asked, "Well how hard do you think it would be to stick a diesel in there?" No body wanted the fuel injection engine that was in the truck. Finally I sold it to a guy that wanted to drop a GTI engine in it. The FI engine in the truck ran great but nobody wanted it. It was a pretty nice truck too. David Marshall had a picture of it on his pickup page for a while. I sold it for $1500. If is had been a diesel at that price it would have sold in a week. As it was it took me 6 months to sell it. Still think its opinion? Ken Wilford Van-Again John 3:16
