First try grabbing the tube with a shop rag and twisting as you apply inward pressure. If that doesn't work, take one of the old pushrod tubes and place the big end up against the big end of the pushrod tube that you are installing. Now you can put some serious weight against it. Be careful not to pinch the seals while they're going in - keep an eye on them as you go.
