I want to buy soon a westfalia and I want to get as little problem as possible...(!?!) My question is what year should I buy and what condition should I look for? ex: 1975 with a brand new engine and trans, a 1989 in good shape or a eurovan 1992, 1993, 1994 or over. (I don't care the year) I would like to recieve your advice. The only thing I am concern with is to have fun, ride safely and spend money (because I know I will spend money anyway) in the right westfalia. I want to keep my west for at least 5-6 year and my budget is max 25 000$ CAN or around 18 000$ US but maybe the solution is to buy a west for 10 000$ and spend some money to put a new engine and cosmetics, etc. I don't know. Au revoir et merci
