Red Line told me MTL will work fine in my Vanagon. They are both GL4. That is the main concern. I don't think the load has anything to do with it. If in doubt, give them a call or email at their site http://www.redlineoil.com . I am using MTL per advise on this network plus I called them up. Don't believe me. Call 1-707-745-6100.
