A good hint is included on the tire sticker on the front part of the doorpost ... on our 90/91 Camper and Carat it specifies "205/70 R14 - 97R reinforced"

The 97R means Load Index 97 (max carrying capacity of 1609lbs) and Speed Rating of R (106 mph max speed).
