The lower engine-to-trans bolts (studs) are shorter on the automatic engine
by about a half inch.  You need to use the longer bolts from the manual
engine otherwise you won't be able to get the lower nuts on.  You will also
need to install a pilot bearing and must set the flywheel end-play as well.
