My friend has a used 2.1 l engine for sale all or part.  It is in a 1987
syncro vanagon.  The van is in the Santa Cruz area. He is asking $1300 for
the complete engine (engine, starter, exhaust, FI, ECU, air flow meter
etc.)  He is leaving it in the van for now so that if someone wants to see
it running before purchasing they can do so.
