Subject: Tyre sizes for 6J x 15 ET45 rims
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

I have just managed to get a set of the above rims from a breakers for my TDI Syncro project. I am finding it difficult here in the UK to get 205/70R15 tyres which I would like. Has anyone out there fitted 215/70R15 or 225/70R15 tyres on 6" rims with an ET45 offset? If so, what sort of clearance do you have between tyres and suspension etc?
