Yeah, serious customers who put up with getting the wrong parts, broken parts, or no parts at all for prices higher than those in their catalog, and THEN have the gall to attempt to get their money back.

My advice is to NEVER DEAL WITH PARTS PLACE. I and many others have had *nothing* but bad experiences with them.
