Per, the black-louvered vents in the rear pillar go directly into the engine box. It appears to me that they are really intakes, not exhausts. The exhaust vents for the cabin are at the lower rear inside of driver and passenger door (forward is open, I think). I think this man is talking about vents possibly installed through the glass of the rear windows?
