Granola

seriously tho, Have you ever tried camping in Texas during the summer? I seriously doubt it, or you wouldn't be questioning the "value" of a generator powered A/C system. I would give my spleen to have a big A/C setup in my van - down here I mothball my camper in the summer, and enjoy the great outdoors all winter long (when it is only in the 80;s).

You haven't lived until you are soaked with sweat from the effort of walking 10 feet to your car at 6am.

The only times I have ever "camped" in Texas (not voluntarily, usually sleeping on the front of an M1 tank) during the summer, I would wake up laying in a little lake of sweat. Kinda sucks the fun out of it when you don't stop sweating the entire time you are out there.

Happy trails from Houston
