Good addition.
Also, don't listen or talk on cell phones while driving.
It's illegal in civilized countries and states, many of the same ones
that don't allow civilians to arm themselves with AK-47's.
Following the list is EXTREMELY important on Autobahn 8 approaching
Stuttgart, but the rules can be relaxed somewhat, for example
the hand waving, on Interstate 10 while crossing the Pecos River.
However, watch out for speed traps on the freeways near the towns in
the wide open spaces. That's a main income source.
On the lighter side (no vanagon content),
has anyone ever seen what many Italians do with their hands while
talking on a cell phone walking down a public street? That is a sight.
Just who is going to see that wild gesticulating but people who aren't on
the other end of the line?
