Ron, Firstly, thanks for taking the time to chat with me today regarding the problem with my order. The more I examined the condition of the box the more convinced I have become that your suspicion that the box become opened in transit by the shipper and that somehow I ended up parts from someone elses shipment, and somewhere out there my parts floating around. I'm sure someone else is wondering what the parts are in their box, as I was wondering why you shipped me lighter fluid, flint and replacement sunglasses. But, as always you fixed the problem promtly. Thats why I have done, am and will continue to do business with you. Now, regarding the bra I ordered, and "did" receive. I hate to admit it, but I am bewildered by how this is suppose to install?????? I have read the "generic" instructions, but they do seem to leave alot to be desired. The antenea slot is on the wrong side for my 1984, and the only option on this issue seems to be to relocate the antenea to the drivers side, I can do this. But the manner which the bra actually attaches to the Vanagon is escaping me. Any chance of some help? Thanks in advance for any help, and again for fixing the problem with the order promtly by resnding the missing parts to me, and you fillling the claim with the shipper. Many another company would have left the customer filling the claim and fending for themself. Ron Semko Orlando Florida 1984 Vanagon with 200,000 plus miles |
