I replaced the radio in my '87 Westy with a Blaupunkt Las Vegas (AM-FM-CD).
The unit fits perfectly, and the factory plugs slip right into the sockets!
Can't get much easier than that. The Las Vegas might be a discontinued model
now, I got mine from Crutchfield. Their fitment guide said it was too deep
to fit, but that was wrong, the depth is exactly the same as the original VW
radio. I'm not sure that the newer models are the same.
