FWIW, I finally have 2.1 liter stainless mufflers coming at the end of this month. I found the actual manufacturer of the stainless mufflers sold in Europe under the Dansk name. These may very well be the same mufflers that Stebro is selling. Preliminary info is that the muffler body is painted stainless steel, but the flanges (and short length of pipe going to them) are not stainless. These are very substantial mufflers, of equal build quality to the non-stainless ones that I am currently selling, which have gotten some very positive reviews on this list. The best news is that I expect to be able to sell them for about the same price as the non-stainless ones, around $109. More details when they arrive.
