John, I hope you confirmed the low mileage with a VOW dealer... They keep service records on computer with mirages. Sometimes the odometer goes bad and the unit must be replaced with a new one that starts out at 0 miles! Also someone on the list a while back mentioned a web page where you can go... give your credit card number... and get mileage checks somehow. I don't know how this works, but it seems to me worth the insurance.
