Subject: Second Source of Grease Needles, etc
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Hi Everybody:

I was at Walmart (Winnipeg) this afternoon, and they also had grease needles in the auto section, in the same rack as the grease guns. "Only in Canada?", I think not.

Unfortunately, I didn't record the price or manufacturer, I'll get that next time. HOWEVER, these ones are supposed to be flexible, that much I remember.

I just got back from Vancouver. What a beautiful city! And it's Westy heaven, as long as you like orange (heh heh). Actually, I was there about four days, and I saw probably 50 or 60 of 'em, and I wasn't even especially looking hard.

What is neat about Vancouver is that cars there just don't rust! It was amazing to see all these Vanagons without any seam rust!

Also it seemed like every loaf had a beat-up homemade hightop installed.

If you like sushi, there are more sushi shops there than donut places. Housing is super expensive, 500K for a 3 bedroom bungalo (90K here in Winnipeg).

Speaking of Winnipeg, and Vancouver, an heir to the K-Tel family fortune from Winnipeg was just charged with murdering a cabbie in Vancouver for a wad of $5 bills. Stabbed him 11 times, I think.

Oy, some peoples children!

Cheers!

Marshall
