This is my Parts Syncro, not my driver. This Van has lost it's home, and has no where to live. So I am pricing parts in order make it road worthy again. Once on the road, it can stay at my home without the code enfocrcement officer on my back. At any rate.... the guy I got this one off of, broke the shifter off, after he blow a hole in the side of the trans. case, trying to get it in gear. He did that by trying to jump start the Van in reverse. Only 1 minute of my time and I found the ignition switch was bad, but by that time he had destroyed the Van.

So does anyone know if there is a difference in Syncro 5 speed shifters and regular 4 spd. shifters? I'm speaking of the axual lever the sticks thru the floor.

The bottom line is, if I can buy another syncro for less than it will cost in parts to fix, then It will not get fixed and will end up rusting away.
