This seems to be veering off topic, but I'll throw this out.  A friend of
mine growing up was murdered with a gun by his mother.  I'm not against
guns, but they do make it very easy for anyone to kill another person.  I
think it's sad that the only person I've encountered to fall victim to a gun
related death was not an evil-doing criminal, but a friend suffering
domestic violence.  I don't think it's any of my business how many guns my
neighbors have, but I won't have any in my home or in my Vanagon (see there,
a topic reference after all)
