This sounds like a premature failure to me. Is is possible you didn't shim the bushing properly when installing it? The bushing shouldn't have more than about .020" slop side to side before you tighten the bolt. If you have more slop than this you need to put the proper thickness shim in there to take up the slop. Otherwise the rubber "sandwich" will be in stressed position which can cause premature failure. Mark |
