Gordon,
My guess is either the electromagnetic clutch is starting to short or
your radiator fan is shot. Another guess, is You said " it trips when you
are not in motion" indicates not enough air is entering your condenser,
causing the high pressure cutoff switch to turn off the compressor.
Changing the fuse will not solve the problem, it will actually make things
worst by putting the strain on your wires w/c could melt. You would also
like to check if your system is overcharged with refrigerant. Let me know
how thing s go with the A/C mechanic. I have 10 yrs experience in Auto
motive Airconditioning and wil be more than happy to help.
