Matthews method of getting the windows in works well for me. But how do you get them out?! Old bugs were easy, even the old loafs are not too hard with relativly loose rubber, but the rear windows in my 86 synchro were glued in and I had to cut the rubber to get them out.

Anyone have tricks for getting the newer windows out without damaging the rubber?
