Bill,

Great view of the matter!!! I too share the same feelings on this topic as you do Bill. I can't count how many toimes the "Friendly" people at AVP have been there to help out on something that may not even be there problem etc. Would GEX or Fast German give you the time of day?? Or would the response be, "Double check your install and call me back??

But as many of us know anytime you give an oppurtunity to "Jump on the wagon" here on the list look what happens???

Those you you who want to jump on this wagon should check the archives FIRST on the AVP, Fast German and GEX topics BEFORE e-mailing AVP with anything other than positive words.

Now those of you New to the list should really take this advice or you may be the person getting nasty/boycott e-mail...........
