O.K. One person suggested a boycott. Everyone else seemed interested in the original writer's problem getting fixed, and offered many suggestions, including a unified front of solidarity. There are companies with generally good reputations that, in the opinion of some, do not deserve them. Understand that the good companies are represented to the public by people, and people tend to be inconsistent, just as the products they produce are. In some cases these good companies should just get a wake up call to help them stay good. They have the choice to respond sensibly or to ignore the issue. I am more interested in their handling of this blown gasket at 300 miles, than in their past history.

There is an old saying that One Aww shit! wipes out an infiity of Atta boys! If you are the one on the receiving end of poor product or service, the past reputation of the outfit means nothing. Respectfully, Steve "What you don't know can't hur..$#&(@^ ARGHHHHkkk!" satew@mninter.net
