Ha! As i was slogging up a 9000 foot pass in second gear in the snow yesterday in my syncro westfalia, the new BMW behind me that had conspicuously NOT passed me for the last 5 miles finally pulled along side and two beautiful young woimen about 19 and 20 waived wildly and approvingly with big beautiful smiles... as dad at the wheel looked on, and then pulled away...

Now only if i had a streach syncro westfalia...no telling what might happen. (an inside joke)
