Subject: Help: Dash lights glow now high RPMS

Oh no! I spoke to soon, Several weeks ago my batt & OX light started blinking on Then the other day the van would not start. A shopI installed a Bosch remanafactured alternator and new belt, Now last night driving home I noticed my Batt & OX light are glowing slightly only at RPMS greater then 2000, Does this mean that the alternator is also bad or adjusted wrong? Or something else?
