We use ours whenever camping. We find it's very useful for cooking or eating on, and since there are 4 in our family, we need all the table space we can get for inside meals. We store it behind the passengers front seat (I installed cleats and use a bungee cord to hold it in place.) BTW - the front table bracket makes a great paper towel holder. Ours holds a roll of paper towels at all times (whenever the table isn't mounted.) Paper towels are accessible from front seats, stove, or rear seats (with a stretch).
