Ken, I don't know if you are near any military installations...but, just about all microfiche products the military has been using are being converted to CD-Rom...This is creating alot of surplus microfiche equipment. Try to locate the local Defense Property Disposal Organization (DRMO) and get their auction schedule. Usually, these are open to the public for spot bids, lot bids, and sometimes cash and carry.
