But I have observed that even the most hardened visitor shudders, when proudly presented with the Thorrablod festival (mid winter) delicacy - ram's testicles served with mysa sauce alongside a sheep's head (the whole head). That's usually followed by shark meat washed down rapidly with lots of the local spirit (brennivin). Per, you can rejoice that the real vikings left your land for this shore a long time ago.
