As corporate general counsel, we are sick and tired of the clamoring masses claiming fictitious injuries, fictitious duties, and the like, in order to get insurance money for which we pay big time premiums. Bring a frivolous suit? Name 10 please in which a published decision held a 'big' corporation filed and prosecuted a lawsuit that had no justification.
