Steve - Probably just depends upon what "frivolous" "is". ;) I suppose a judge can consider it to be anything (s)he decides it means. I think of "frivolous" law suits against the Corvair, against Ford since they did not produce their Pinto with the idea of protecting its gas tank while stationary from E-300 Ford vans traveling about 55mph plowing into its rear end, restaurant being sued for serving their coffee "too hot" (????) and the local Avon lady who has this strange habit of falling off folks' porches and threatening to sue!
