I hate to do this but I am really busy right now and I just don't have the time to spare. You folks on this list know that I try my best to help everyone that needs help on this list. I will continue to do so. However I will not give "customer support" to folks who have bought parts off of another list vendor. This has happened several times in the past and just lately a few times in a row and I just can't do it any more. If you buy a part from me, then you buy my expertise with it and I will help you in any way that I can in how to install it etc. But if you buy an item from another vendor or a local shop, please go to them for "support" on how to install the item etc. If someone bought a competing product from a company other than yours and then called you up and asked you how to work it or install it what would you do? Probably something less polite than this letter. I will continue to help folks with engine problems or troubleshooting with thier vans but I just don't have time to do someone else's job. Also I have helped many people on this list with thier problems and they have thanked me with letters, etc. However the reason why I can spend time with this list and be here for you is because I sell parts. I have seen many people that I have helped in the past, we have corresponded over extended periods, and then when they go to buy a part they go to another guy to get it. This hurts me deeply. If you really appreciate what I do and how I've helped you then please remember me when you go to buy parts. This is not a demand but a request. I will continue to help folks but I just wanted to let folks know how I feel. Ken Wilford Van-Again John 3:16
