Make your own tool with a coat hanger or go to Wal-mart and pay 3.00 for one. Cut two pieces of coat hanger about 8 inches long. Bend then into two U shaped tools such that the ends are as far apart as the holes are separated vertically. Insert both U tools into the 4 holes. You may have to wiggle them around a bit. I think I had to the handles of the U tools outwards away fro the radio. This presses the release inside the holes (not inward pressure). There you have it.
