Subject: Show-stopper Air-cooled Single Cab for Sale
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Hi Everybody:

I saw a single cab inside "Auto Haus" In Winnipeg, and went in to take a look.

It is one of the most beautiful restorations I've ever seen. Sorry,.... I didn't catch the year.

The owner of the dealership had his men work on it for over 2 years. Totally flawless, totally gorgeous moss green color, with beige-creme contrasts on bumper, cargo deck etc. Totally new German trim and mechanicals.

It wouldn't have looked so good coming out of the factory, methinks.

It's only been on display 2 weeks, and is for sale. I'm sure they want real $$$ for it.

BTW: Got a westy for sale? I bet they'd offer u a very fair price, as there are none for sale in Winnipeg. Also try St. James VW. There's only been 3 Westies for sale here in the past year or so. (I bought one, passed on another, and the third is a '95 EV RV.)

Cheers!
