VW has already made a statement that none of the ECUs in any VW, Audi, Seat or
Skoda will be affected by the Y2K problem, as the ECUs do not operate with time
and date. For the ECU, it is midnight, day 0, year 0 every time you turn on the
ignition to start any of your fuel injected VW products.
