Torn Mud-flaps CAN be repaired!

I removed the mu-flap, breaking the clips on the body, as I described earlier.

Then I experimented with a product called "Automotive Goop", to repair the rip. It dried into a flexible clear substance, much like rubber or silicone.

I also plugged the body holes with it when I put the flap back on. I think it'll hold up for a good while, I don't know how well it'll work in our winters though.

In any case, it saved me 80 bucks, and keeps my original equipment intact.

Bought the product at Canadian Tire for about 3 Two-nies.

Cheers!
