Going this weekend to Lake Manatee Park to meet up with other Bus/Westy
enthusiasts, and a cavalcade Sunday across the Skyway Bridge (between St.
Pete and Bradenton, FL).
Last year they had over a hundred VW's and buses in the run.


If you want to check it out yourself- the State Park is off 64, slightly
east of I-75, near Bradenton.  First come, first served for spaces (but
they've been very supportive there- even let them double up last year.)


I'll report on it Monday when I get back. Maybe even post some photos at a
convenient URL in case anyone is interested.
