I think you mis-understood what I meant by the term "litigation nuts". I
was referring to those individuals who want to except no personal
responsiblity, instead they seek to blame others and seek astronomical
damages for their own stupidity or lack of common sense. We are taking
about suing the fire dept. because they used too much water to put out the
fire.
I'VE been brainwashed?.... Special interest lobbying?.... Have you heard of
the Trial Lawyers Association? Oh, somebody's been brainwashed alright.
