Leif...i agree that suing the fire dept. idea is nuts.
Still, I wish i knew
what court house all these frivolous lawsuits get filed in.
I have a HELL of a
time just with my meritorious cases...i can't imagine why
anyone would bother
with a frivolous suit....there's no money in it...the judge
will sanction the
attorney for bringing it (i have taken an oath as an officer
of the court) ...
it's a ton of work...it ruins your reputation ... there is
absolutely nothing to
be gained from one...unless a big corporation is footing the
bill. In fact,
corporations are likely the source of 99% of all frivolous
lawsuites. They
bring them for other economic reasons.
anyway, didn't mean to start a war.
