I actually considered doing this before deciding on the 5-cylinder conversion. I even bought the 2.8l chevy V6 engine. You can get an adapter plate from Kennedy Engineering for $500. However then you have to raise the deck lid height significantly (like 4 inches or so), the have problems using the stock starter and clutches ($$$), and they tend to tear up trannies ($$$).
