I'll add my 2 cents. this post is right on the money. Think of lighting the stove as a carb. car starting in cold weather. Mixing the air(pump) and gas (propane)in the correct proportion. The Dometic manual that comes with the van, describes how to start eh fridge if it has not been used in over 24hours. I have followed this for 12 years and it has always worked.
